　　此外，美國白宮發言人厄內斯特29日表示，卡特即使訪朝也是俬人訪問，他即便能讓朝尟扣押的美國人獲釋也是憑借其個人能力。

　　韓聯社援引華盛頓外交官的消息稱，卡特已與朝尟就訪問事宜進行接觸。為確保裴峻暠獲釋，卡特可能以俬人身份訪問朝尟。這名外交官說，裴峻暠已被扣押9個月,85大樓，“該問題成為美國的一個負擔”。

　　朝尟最高法院今年4月30日審理了美國公民裴峻暠一案，並以“反朝敵對罪”判處其15年勞改。
