　　 2015年7月，較場尾民宿協會黨支部成立，當時只有3名黨員。“較場尾的從業人員來自五湖四海，黨支部成立之後，首要工作就是找黨員、建組織。”較場尾民宿協會黨支部書記李樂業說。

　　 李樂業今年76歲，他曾在國防科工委酒泉衛星發射中心和中國遠望號遠洋航天測量船基地工作，1985年轉業來到深圳工作。退休後於2011年在較場尾興辦了“遠望號”民宿。較場尾民宿協會黨支部成立之後，有著51年黨齡的李樂業擔任支部書記，認真開展找黨員建組織活動，及時與大鵬黨工委和鵬城社區黨委匯報、協調，逐步規範並開展了各項組織活動。

　　 “我們通過微信，積極尋找較場尾的黨員，讓他們回掃組織，也有黨員主動找到組織的。”李樂業表示，讓他感受最深的是，黨員們找到黨組織、回到黨的懷抱的心情非常迫切。他舉了一個例子：黨員姜喜軍聯係上較場尾民宿協會黨組織之後，非常高興，還專程跑到遼寧去轉組織關係。

　　 “目前正式將組織關係轉過來的黨員，已經有7人，還有2人正在轉組織關係。”李樂業說，黨支部剛成立時，沒有活動場地，會議就輪流在黨員的店?召開，後來在大鵬黨工委、辦事處的支持下，黨支部有了屬於自己的黨群活動室，“在上級黨委的幫助下，接下來我們黨群活動室的條件還會得到進一步改善。”

　　 “黨員們平時工作比較忙，就充分利用微信等形式，見縫插針開展天天學等活動。我發現黨員們學習非常認真，都做了筆記，寫了體會，談起感受來也非常深刻。”李樂業說

　　 為了開展“兩學一做”活動，黨支部的會議次數有所增多，不少黨員都克服民宿工作事務繁多的困難，參加組織活動。有一次黨員金悅?在原特區內辦事，聽說黨支部有活動，馬上開車回到較場尾參加。黨員黃麗珍平時要看店打理民宿業務，還要帶孩子，掽到黨支部有會議，將孩子托給朋友炤顧，也要過來參加會議。

　　 較場尾民宿協會黨支部的活動也得到了上級黨委的大力支持。6月22日，黨支部召開了黨員大會，大鵬黨工委書記、辦事處主任吳華根和大鵬黨工委副書記程得紅列席會議，與黨員一起學黨章和“兩學一做”相關文件，從晚上8點開到11點。“大傢熱情都非常高，讓人感動。”李樂業說。
